Courtney Love - Everyone's favorite train wreck wants suit tossed

Courtney Love never seems to amaze, she wants a lawsuit brought against her tossed out. Being the "great" person Ms. Love is, she is not only asking but demanding it be terminated.

As reported on PerezHilton.com, last May Love was sued by fashion designer Dawn Simorangkir because she was "the latest victim of Love's volatile personality, hair trigger temper, and malicious and tortuous behavior."

Love went on various Web sites including Twitter, her own blog, thrashing the fashion designer with malicious intent. The bashing began after a bill from Simorangkir was sent to Love regarding payment for a custom dress she designed for the singer/ actress.

Love claims in legal documents that Simorangkir stole clothing worth over hundreds of thousands of dollars, and proceeded to sell some of the items.

Lawyers for Love claim that the designer can't sue her for bad mouthing her on these sites. She claims that sites like Twitter are under the same first amendment protection laws as mediums such as a newspaper or TV.

According to myfoxla.com, some of the remarks Love made about Simorangkir included, "During our second face-to-face meeting, Simorangkir repeatedly asked me both to partake in and to procure cocaine."
