Courtney Love Threatens to Sue Guitar Hero 5

In a number of Twitter postings, Courtney Love is threaten to take legal action over Guitar Hero 5's Kurt Cobain look-a-like. "This is NECROPHILIC this is VILE," Love said on her Twitter post. Love is also threatening to sue Activision, the makers of the game, for the insertion of her late husband's mirror image. An Activision representative toldWired.com that Cobain's addition in the game was legal, "Guitar Hero secured the necessary licensing rights from the Cobain estate in a written agreement signed by Courtney Love to use Kurt Cobain's likeness as a fully playable character in Guitar Hero 5."But Love does not seem to be dropping her fight. "We are going to sue the shit out of Activision," Love told U.K. paper The Guardian.
