Dad Strikes Back Against Lindsay and Samantha's Blogs

Earlier this week, Lindsay Lohan's father, Michael, made some not-so-nice comments about his daughter's "close friend," Samantha Ronson, calling her a bad influence and accusing the DJ of using Lindsay for fame.

How's that for the pot calling the kettle black?

Lohan and Ronson took to the ultimate D-list celebrity weapon, the blogosphere, to strike back at Daddy Lohan, accusing him of being the one that uses Lindsay for fame and insinuating that his remarks are just the latest publicity stunt for a new book.

Now, fame-hungry Michael is selling out to ABC News, telling them he's "not the one out of control." He said Lindsay is "being dragged from place to place . . . by Samantha so she can make more money off of Lindsay being there when she spins."

He added, "She's gone from making $7 million to less than a million a movie."

And, to add even more drama, Michael is insistent on dragging Lindsay's mother, Dina Lohan, into the picture. In his first statement, he accused Dina of knowing about Samantha's damaging role in Lindsay's life and not doing anything about it. In his latest statement to ABC News, Michael continued to call Dina out, saying that Dina had initially warned Michael about Samantha's presence in their daughter's life and asking Michael to bear the responsibility of doing something about it so that Dina could continue to be on Lindsay's good side.

Michael is threatening to go public with text messages he saved that prove his case.

Lohan and Ronson's close relationship have many speculating that the two might be involved romantically, though neither Lohan nor Ronson will confirm or deny.

Expect a statement from equally fame-hungry Dina Lohan by the end of the week.
