Dancing With The Stars Honors Michael Jackson
The "Dancing With The Stars" professionals took to the stage to pay tribute to Michael Jackson. In the four-year history of the show host Tom Bergeron stated Jackson's songs have been used 17 times by contestants.
In the audience sat siblings La Toya and Jermaine along with Jackson's mom, Katherine. La Toya noted "Michael liked all kinds of choreography. He liked 'Dancing With the Stars, He was a fan of the show."
Jermaine stated in a pre-recorded interview, "It just wasn't about the movement, it was about the feeling. There will only be one Michael Jackson forever."
La Toya Jackson introduced the tribute wearing a long blue gown.
Performers wore outfits that referenced Jackson such as white socks, short pants, single white gloves, red leather jackets and sparkles.
The songs danced to included "Man In The Mirror", "Thriller" and the Jackson 5 hit "I Want You Back"
