With an impressive resume that boasts work on every hit movie from Batman to Chicago to last year's Alice in Wonderland , composer Danny Elfman is adding another sure-to-be-hit to his eclectic soundtrack compilation: The Hunger Games .

The award-winning Elfman will collaborate with Crazy Heart composer T. Bone Burnett to make music for the highly anticipated movie, according to The Daily Blam .

In addition to adding awesomeness to The Hunger Games , Collider reports that the musical mastermind has also agreed to compose the music for Sam Raimi's upcoming Oz, the Great and Powerful .

Raimi's unconventional prequel to the beloved Wizard of Oz will star James Franco as a young Oz, and Mila Kunis, Rachel Weisz and Michelle Williams as the wicked and good witches, respectively.

Elfman worked with Raimi on Spider-Man 2 before having a reported falling out. The Hunger Games will be his first team-up with Burnett.
