"Black and yellow, uh HUH you know what it is." Just the Pittsburgh Steelers making their big screen debut in the upcoming film, The Dark Knight Rises.

According to Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and his other veteran pals will play none other than football players in The Dark Knight Rises.

Thousands of extras playing fans gathered on Heinz Field to “cheer” on the Pittsburgh Steelers, who play a fictional football team called Rogues in the movie.
Anne Hathaway, or Catwoman, stars alongside Christian Bale (Batman) in the film.

"I'm kind of getting everybody together," said Roethlisberger. "I heard it's going to be a neat thing at the stadium. I don't think it will be a big part, it's not like we're chasing Batman down or anything. It's something neat that in 10 years or 20 years we can tell our kids we were in a movie. Thomas does movies big and I'm sure it will be a big-time movie and something fun to be part of."

Roethlisberger convinced executive producer Thomas Tull, who joined the Steelers ownership group two years ago, to let him and his buddies get a part in the film.

SPOILER ALERT: So, what does football have to do with batman? Well, according to MTV News, the football game is viciously interrupted by Batman’s arch nemesis, Bane. The crowd is frightened and startled when Bane decidedly kills off the football players. After his quick killing spree, he runs out onto the field and makes an announcement through the microphone. From what we know, Bane tells the frazzled audience that Gotham has been liberated.
