DEA Agents Raid Pharmacy in Michael Jackson Death Investigation

Federal agents and police raided a Las Vegas pharmacy Tuesday to search for drug information involving the pop icon.

Drug Enforcement Administration agents, Las Vegas police and Los Angeles police raided a pharmacy Tuesday morning to look information surrounding Dr. Conrad Murray in the ongoing investigation of Michael Jackson's death.

DEA spokesman Jose Martinez told the Associated Press that law enforcement officials presented Applied Pharmacy Services in Las Vegas a search warrant and a notice of inspection.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that they were searching for computer hard drive information and evidence of controlled substance prescriptions Murray may have written for Jackson. They are also looking for any information on possible drug shipments to Murray. There is no word on whether agents are including the pharmacy in their investigation.

Jackson died unexpectedly in his home on June 25. Propofol, an anesthetic that is rarely used outside of hospitals, has been largely focused on during the investigation. Murray was present when the pop icon died.

The DEA raided Murray's Las Vegas home and his Houston medical practice in July.
