Demi Moore may have been at the peak of her career in the '90s with box office hits like Ghost, G.I. Jane and A Few Good Men, but now that she isn't making as much money with her films is she going after ex-Ashton Kutcher's?

UK's Daily Mail reported when the couple tied the knot in 2005, Moore insisted Kutcher sign a pre-nuptial agreement.

Back then Moore's fortune was a whopping $150 million, $80 million of which she earned from her divorce to ex-husband Bruce Willis, and she was making $20 million a movie.

Kutcher's career was just beginning to pick up steam with roles in movies like Dude Where's My Car? and Just Married, as well as a role on That '70s Show.

Now that prenup may just end up hurting Moore.

According to CBS News, Moore made $5 million in 2011 while Kutcher pocketed $7 million for his Two and a Half Men gig alone.

So if the 48-year-old does try to go after Kutcher's fortune, she most likely won't be very successful.

However, a source close to the actress told the Daily Mail that she is determined to profit from the divorce.

"Demi is furious, raging in fact – you only have to look at every photo you see of her to see the toll Ashton’s cheating has taken on her," the source said.

"She wants to punish him financially because of the way he has broken her heart. She is talking about going after a share of what he has earned since their marriage on the grounds that she contributed to much of what he has achieved."

The source added that even if she doesn't get a dime of Kutcher's money, she'll be pleased knowing "it will be an expensive lesson for him."

At least there won't be a custody battle.
