Demi Moore hospitalized

The rumor mills are turning Tuesday after an ambulance swept up actress Demi Moore Monday night from her Los Angeles home after a 911 call.

After two conflicting stories releasing the facts of the night were her rep claiming she suffers from exhaustion, but media and celebrity gossip outlets reporting substance abuse.

"Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health," her rep said of Moore's condition in a statement according to People Magazine. "She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends."

However, TMZ countered the report stating Moore suffered from substance abuse. The celebrity news website did not have any future information on the incident.

The L.A. City Fire Dept. received and responded to an emergency call at 10:49 p.m. for an unknown illness and one person was transported to the hospital from the Moore residence at 11:21 p.m. Monday, spokesman Matt Spence said.

While the paramedics were at the house they performed a 30 minutes assessment.

The 49-year-old actress has been seen partying around Hollywood with her oldest daughter after a recent split from her husband Ashton Kutcher, dampening on the beginning of the year. Kutcher currently is in Brazil modeling for the fashion brand Colocci.
