Depp's Fine Wine

Johnny Depp - who is currently filming a movie in the U.S. - misses the comforts of his France home, and has some of them shipped to his sets, WENN reports.

Depp - who is currently filming Public Enemies - lives in France with his partner, Vanessa Paradis, and their two children, most of the year. The couple maintains a vineyard, and Depp had some of his favorites shipped to the movie set.

But the Pirates of the Caribbean star shares. Bottles of wine flowed for cast and crew alike to enjoy. "Johnny's a fine wine buff and has his own vineyard. He's had 10 crates of his own wine shipped over to keep him going," revealed one.

Depp is apparently very hands on about his passion. He knows how to select grapes and work the machinery at the vineyard.

And clearly his expertise and hospitality were appreciated by those working on the film. "It's fair to say that he's made filming a far more enjoyable experience."
