Dick Arressted for Sexual Battery Charges

Comedian Andy Dick was arrested early this morning in Murrieta, California, reports Fox News. Police received a call from Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant about an intoxicated male urinating outside of the building.

When the officers arrived, Dick was leaving the premises in a truck. When witnesses claimed that one of the truck's occupants sexually battered a 17-year-old girl outside of the restaurant, Murrieta Police investigated further.

According to the 17-year-old victim and several other witnesses, Dick approached the girl, who was with another friend, grabbed her shirt and bra and pulled them down, exposing her breasts. The truck in which Dick made his getaway was stopped by the police at a Sam's Club, not far from the restaurant.

Marijuana and Xanax were found in Dick's possession and he was booked at the Southwest Detention Center in French Valley. He was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor sexual battery and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. The comedian was released after posting a $5,000 bail.
