According to UGO, Paris met the prince while filming her reality show, My BFF, in London. The two have reportedly been spending time together, despite their significant others. "I'd be more than happy to date William - so long as he ditches the mousy girlfriend," Paris told New! Magazine. "I couldn't believe it when I met him. He was awesome and really hot."

Fox News reported that Hilton and Madden recently signed a six-figure contract to appear in Australia on New Year's Eve to attend the launch party for a new social online networking system, Bongo Virus. Paris is booked to host the event, while Benji is slated as the DJ. However, another invited guest might have put a wedge between the Hilton and Madden couple: Prince William. A representative for Bongo Virus stated: "For security reasons, he won't confirm his attendance until just before, but we're told he is pretty keen to meet up with Paris."
