Dina Lohan Just Wants Lindsay to Be Happy

Mother of Lindsay Lohan says she will not stand in her way if she wants to pursue a lesbian relationship.

Photos of Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson's lip lock last week have sparked speculation as to Lohan's sexual preference. But Lohan's mother, Dina, insists that she just wants her daughter to be happy, WENN reports.

While the media has been speculating what the context of Lohan and Ronson's relationship is, representatives for the two insist that they are simply "close friends." Lohan's mother refuses to confirm or deny speculations about her daughter's sexuality.

The headline-dominating star's mother has assured that should her daughter wish to pursue a sexual relationship with the DJ, she will not stand in her way.

"If she's happy, I'm happy. That's all I'll say," the senior Lohan stated.

Lohan's mother has also noted that should the relationship take a more intimate turn, she would be happy with her daughter's choice.

"Samantha's great. I've known her and her family for ten years," she assured.
