Divorce Settlement for Heche

Men in Trees star Anne Heche reached a settlement Friday for her divorce from Coley Laffoon, People reports.

Laffoon filed for a divorce from the actress in February, 2007. Things soon turned war-like when Laffoon accused Heche of being mentally unstable and she accused him of frequenting strip clubs and watching pornography.

With the final agreement, Heche will pay her ex-husband a $275,000 lump sum and $3,700 per month for child support. The two have a 6-year-old son together. Heche was originally paying $15,000 in child support, but due to being out of work, claimed that she could no longer afford such an amount.

Laffoon continued to make out well with the agreement that Heche is to further pay 75 percent of their son's private school tuition and half of "agreed-upon extracurricular activities."

Heche and Laffoon married in September of 2001.
