Divorce for Shaq?

Shaq and his wife are calling it quits – and it looks like it's for real this time. Buddy TV reports that Shaquille O'Neal and his wife, Va'shaundya "Shaunie" O'Neal, filed for a separation on Monday in the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

The two have been married for seven years, but this isn't the first time they have separated. In September 2007, the two filed for divorce when they had a dispute over whether or not Shaq was hiding money from his wife. However, the two reconciled over the matter and never officially got divorced.



Shaunie cited irreconcilable differences and wants sole custody of their four children, allowing some visitation rights for Shaq and requesting child support. People Magazine reports that there is a prenuptial agreement in place, but no details were specified.
