DMX faces probation for prison incident

DMX charges escalate

Rappers unfortunately have had their fair share in criminal intentions in the past and DMX is no exception.

He has already been in prison but fortunately, an Arizona judge has decided to withhold extra jail time from him for throwing a tray and assaulting a prison guard. Instead, DMX faces an additional 18 months of probation after he is finished his three month sentence, according to PrefixMag.com. DMX had been in the slammer before the incident for pleading guilty to drug possession and theft, as well as animal cruelty that included the abuse of pit bulls.

The Associated Press states that the rapper made a statement that would have him suggest that the Phoenix judicial system is out to incriminate him. Regardless, DMX's lawyer says that the court is supportive of the troubled celeb. DMX who's real name is Earl Simmons, says he plans to work on a new album when he is finished his time and back on the right track.
