DMX Receives 90 Day Sentence
DMX is going to prison for 90 days
Boston.com is reporting that DMX has received a 90-day prison sentence in Arizona.
Earl Simmons, better known to fans as the rap artist DMX, has been convicted on theft, drug-possession and animal-cruelty charges. He has been in Maricopa County Jail since Dec. 9 and pleaded guilty Dec. 30.
He was originally arrested in Miami on a warrant after not appearing in court in Phoenix.
