Doctor Murray: Living in Santa Monica, Not in Jackson Estate

Investigators release information that suggests Dr. Murray was not living in Jackson's home.

The investigation of Michael Jackson's death continues as TMZ reports that the singer had been found in Conrad Murray's bedroom the day of his death.

However, there is no evidence that the doctor had been staying with Jackson. TMZ referred to the room as a "home clinic for Jackson," but nothing more. It still remains true that drugs, such as Propofol, were found in the closet. Propofol is a sedative used when patients are going under for surgery. He admitted to giving Jackson the drug to help him sleep.

Reportedly, Murray had been living not far from the singer's home in Santa Monica. Edward Chernoff, Murray's lawyer, claims that when his client accepted the position as Jackson's doctor, prior to his 50 show tour, he was not aware that the singer suffered from any previous addictions.

Therefore, Chernoff is convinced that there are others behind the investigation of Murray. He believes that there are people plotting to have Dr. Murray take the wrap for this crime, according to MTV.
