At the premiere of her new film with Queen Latifah, Dolly Parton seemed to show off a new accessory: a cleavage tattoo.
When she was pressed about the subject by Anderson Cooper, Parton denied having a tattoo in that region of her body and didn’t deny any other possible tattoo locations.
When insisting that the tattoo was fake, People reports that she asked Cooper, referring to a picture taken from that night:
"Was that not the ugliest picture you've ever seen?"
The 65-year-old veteran actress even pulled down her shirt to prove that she wasn’t lying, to which Anderson first looked uncomfortable but then asked if she had tattoos.
"I might," she answered. "But I'm not going to show 'em 'til they catch me at it."
Anderson’s interview with Parton will air on January 19.
Meanwhile, Broadway.com asked their readers which iconic role they would like Parton to star in on Broadway and they voted No.1 as Annie Get Your Gun’s Annie Oakley, No. 2 as Hello, Dolly’s Dolly Levi, which Carol Channing and Ethel Merman have played, and No.3 as Wicked’s Madame Morrible.
Fans can be guaranteed to see Parton in Joyful Noise, which Blackbook has named 2012’s Best Worst Movie.
