The Donald Provides Jennifer Hudson a Safe House
Donald Trump has done a noble thing, and allowed Jennifer Hudson to stay in one of his hotels for free in the attempt for her to continue to mourn the loss of her mother, brother and nephew.
The business tycoon reached out to the Oscar winner after three members of her family were tragically found killed on October 24.
Hudson's 7-year-old nephew, Julian King, was found three days after her mother and brother in an abandoned Suburban with two gunshot wounds to the head.
"She's a great girl," Trump told People.com. "And we're protecting them [Hudson and the rest of her family] well. They are very safe."
The main suspect in the case, William Balfour, was married to Hudson's sister, Julia. He continues to be questioned by authorities in Chicago, and has not yet been released because the Illinois Parole Board ruled that there was "probable cause" to keep him in prison.
