Donnie Wahlberg and Wife File for Divorce

Donnie Wahlberg and his wife, Kim Fey Wahlberg, are getting a divorce after a lengthy time together. As one can see in the summary of the piece, the couple had been together for nearly nine years, which will end once both Donnie and Kim's petitions for divorce go through.

The couple each filed their own documentation last Wedndesday in seperate counties around the Los Angeles area, court records show.

Kim Wahlberg cited "irreconcilable differences" in her petition in Los Angeles Superior Court. Donnie Wahlberg cited the same reasoning in Ventura County.



The couple was, as one can tell by doing the math, married in 1999. They reportedly separated earlier this year. They have two sons, ages 15 and 7.



Donnie, 39, will tour with New Kids on the Block (who needs a name change, considering the age and longevity of the boy group) later this year, and will also star in Righteous Kill, which is set for a Sept. 12 release.
