Drew Barrymore Looks Back at Her Biggest Fashion Failure

Drew Barrymore made a daring appearance at Sunday's Golden Globe awards strutting a blond Marilyn Monroe hairdo and wearing a gray Galliano gown. The cute actress was accompanied by costar of the upcoming HBO drama, Grey Gardens, Jessica Lange, holding hands as they walked the red carpet, as reported by Usmagazine.com. The chipper pair also presented Best Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television to John Adams.

But Barrymore confessed her past red carpet fashion faux-pas, reminiscing back to the 2006 Golden Globe Awards where she wore "that Gucci green dress where my boobs looked like watermelons."

"It was the worst. Never wear a high neck waist with a high belt," she said at a TCA press event in Los Angeles. "It makes your t--ts look like they're at your waist. Big mistake! I'm so sorry, Gucci! I have tarnished your name!"

Criticizing a famous designer's work may harm any future collaboration, but we might see Barrymore flaunt a classic trend in the future. "I love polka dots," she said. "They're happy!"

And do blonds really have more fun? "I love it! Oh, I'm liberated!" Barrymore said.
