Duff's Stalker off the Trail
Hilary Duff's stalker gets busted.
We can all take a deep breath and thank the stars and celebrities that the notorious Hilary Duff stalker, Maksim Myaskovkiy, will be off the trail. He was arrested in Los Angeles on suspicion of stalking and making criminal threats against Duff, and her boyfriend, Good Charlotte's Joel Madden.
According to court documents, Myaskovkiy admitted to being obsessed with Duff and had planned taking "dramatic actions" to attract her attention. He's expected in court on Tuesday.
Apparently, after Myaskovkiy paid visits to Hilary's and her mother's home neighborhoods, Duff took action, getting a restraining order against him.
Legal documents claim that Myaskovkiy threatened to kill himself and felt threatened by Madden.
