Eddie Cibrian Suing Style Mag

Eddie Cibrian is planning to sue Life & Style magazine over a report that claims he is cheating on LeAnn Rimes with an aspiring actress, Access Hollywood is reporting. The story is "deceitful" and inaccurate according to a statement released by his rep, on behalf of Cibrian.

"This is irresponsible and reckless journalism," he said.

"Eddie has met with his attorneys and will be filing a suit for libel and other actionable grounds shortly," the statement continued.

A spokesperson for Life & Style said, "We stand by our reporting."

This comes months after initial reports that Cibrian and "Northern Lights" co-star Rimes were having an affair. Both stars denied the affair. Cibrian filed for divorce from his wife Brandi Glanville in August and Rimes announced in September through her Web Site that she was divorcing her husband Dean Sheremet.
