Ellen Page Drops Out of New Film

Juno's Ellen Page drops out of her new horror film.

Ellen Page, also known as the award-winning Juno, has dropped out of her upcoming big screen flick.

The film, Drag Me to Hell, directed by the famous Sam Raimi, was set to begin production on March 17.

According to EFluxMedia, the production crew went through a few mandated changes and ended up "postponing production due to a longer than anticipated preproduction process."

The postponing conflicted with the life of Miss Page and she was, unfortunately, forced to give up the role.

Fortunately, after her nominations for Juno, critics simply adored her. Page has already signed up for two more movies for 2008, Whip It!, a movie directed by Drew Barrymore (directorial debut) and Peacock. Both of these movies are Mandate Pictures films, the company Page is most familiar with for producing the well-known and adored Juno.
