Eminem to "Relapse"
After years of silence from rapper Eminem, the star marked his comeback to the music scene this week with a new track entitled, "I'm Having a Relapse," according to Reuters.
While the star was on air with Shade 45 on Sirius Satellite Radio for the launch party of his new book, The Way I Am, Eminem confirmed he would be releasing a new album entitled, Relapse, by the end of the year. The confirmation laid to rest a swirl of rumors that surfaced earlier this year regarding the rapper's comeback.
An official release date for the album has not been released but rumors speculate that it will be before the year's end.
"There's a lot of album titles floating around that are fake album titles," Eminem told hosts DJ Kayslay and Angela Yee.
Eminem's label, Interscope, has yet to comment on aspects of the new album.
The rapper's new book is "as raw and uncensored as the man himself," according to the rapper's publicist.
