Though the commercial has yet to air in America, it seems Audi has launched a new ad campaign involving a song that sounds suspiciously like Eminem’s “Lose Yourself.” Upon hearing this, Eminem and Chrysler, who used the actual track in their commercials, were not happy.
According to Billboard, Eminem’s publisher has filed a cease and desist order against Audi.
As reported by RollingStone.com, it doesn’t appear Chrysler has taken legal action yet, but the option remains a possibility, as the commercial not only sounds alike but also looks similar.
The Audi ad has already found its way to the Internet.
