'Entourage'- Klein goes to jail, E lets Sloan have it

Entourage is still a crowd pleaser.

Last night's episode of HBO's "Entourage" was full of excitement. The series, now in its sixth season, started off right around the time of Vince (Adrian Grenier) making a comeback in Scorsese's "Gatsby."

Last night, as per advice from Vince's agent, Ari Gold (Jeremy Piven), he decides to hire the Israeli security team after a recent break into his home.

E (Kevin Connolly) is supposed to meet up with Sloan to grab a friendly drink; these two former lovers have been doing the friendship/it could be something else tango for almost two seasons now. Sloan feels bad after Eric cuts short a call with her, thinking he is mad, so decides to ask E out for drinks.

On his way, he gets a call from his current love interest, Ashley, who, just a few episodes before, said he did not want to see E anymore because he might still be in love with Sloan. After getting this call where Ashley basically proclaims her affections for him, E decides to bail on Sloan. He tells Sloan that he can't keep playing this cat and mouse game with her, that one day they are friends and the next they're not. He puts the nail in the coffin and says that he doesn't want to screw up things with this current girl that he is interested in by chasing Sloan anymore. With his pride intact, E drives off to Ashley's place.

All is not quiet on the western front at the Miller-Gold Agency. Barbara Miller threatens to fire Ari Gold's golden boy and friend, Andrew Klein, if he does not sign writer Aaron Sorkin by the end of the day. Klein (Gary Cole) has been having his own troubles this season, cheating on his wife and getting Ari involved in the mess. One of the other agents in the television department with Klein is the woman he is sleeping with. The affair goes south when the young woman does not want to get fired regarding this problem, ends it, and Klein breaks down. He decides to leave his wife and start anew.

Klein tries to get his notes for the Sorkin pitch, which are at his house; his soon to be ex-wife will not let him in, making a scene. Ari gets on the phone and tells him that if he does not get here soon, he will be fired. After fighting with his wife and Ari, he gets in his car and is ready to drive off. His wife comes out and burns the notes in front of him; he reacts and drives through his house almost hitting his wife. While this goes down, Ari is still on the phone listening to this all.

Ari arrives to the meeting with Sorkin, and is immediately asked where Klein is. Sorkin is ready to leave, because he hates Ari then Lloyd comes in and lets those in the meeting know that "Mr. Klein has been arrested."

The show's climax is both Ari and Sorkin meeting with Klein behind glass in the jail. Klein comes up with flimsy ideas until, in a last attempt effort, he pleads his case regarding his wife and his soon to be divorce. In a surprise turn of events, Sorkin feels for him and says he will work with him on the condition Ari never calls Sorkin. Both Ari and Klein are left stunned and in funny show of their bromance; Klein reaches his hand to the glass for some window love. Ari happily accepts.
