Eric Dane Sextape Suit

Grey's Anatomy star Eric Dane is a little under the weather. Thursday Dane and his wife, Rebecca Gayheart, filed a suit against gossip site Gawker.com with a Los Angeles County Superior Court.

The website obtained a 12 minute video of the couple engaged in intimate relations. They appeared in the video both partially clothed and sometimes nude, but they were not alone. The video was shot at the house of former Miss United States Teen, Kari Ann Peniche, who also appeared in the video.

Dane and his wife insisted that the video be taken down but they were ignored. According to MSNBC, the suit stated Gawker "went on to maliciously distribute an uncensored copy of the video, gratuitously including nude shots."

Not only was the video not taken down right away, but now it is available on a number of adult websites. Now husband and wife are asking for over $1 million for damages and a jury trial.
