Actress Eva Longoria seems to have a bright future ahead of her. The beautiful 36-year-old is anticipating four new movies as her run on Desperate Housewives comes to an end.
According to Variety, Longoria will star in the indie drama Long Time Gone alongside Meg Ryan. Ryan stars as a woman who has a nervous breakdown after she finds out that her husband has cheated on her and decides to leave her. Longoria has been casted as the woman who Ryan’s husband has an affair with.
After Long Time Gone, Longoria will star as a woman dealing with a sticky breakup who disputes with her ex hubby over custody of their pet in Who Gets the Dog. Next, Longoria will play Brendan Fraser’s wife in a historical drama called Four Kings. The film follows Col. Lord Francis Nicholson (Fraser) who is a wealthy Brit self-financing the French and Indian war in hopes of creating peace. His beloved wife, Lady Gwenevieve Nicholson (Longoria) assists him in his destiny.
In Longoria’s fourth film, not only will she be starring in the Hulu animated series Child Support, but she will also be producing the project. She plans to voice the lead role of Marley Wiener, who has been labeled as a “female Peter Griffin”.
