Eva Longoria Parker is Heading to Las Vegas

Eva Longoria Parker is opening her second Beso restaurant in Las Vegas. The restaurant will officially open New Years Eve 2010.

She told People Magazineshe is "so excited" about her latest opening and location. The first Beso restaurant is in Hollywood.

"Vegas has the most energy in the world. It's a foodie city, which is great for us because of our menu," she said. "Everything we offer is pretty unique. Nobody in Vegas has anything similar."

This second Beso will be similar to the first one Longoria Parker said. The design and menu will be similar, with two differences being the "Vegas style" drinks and an upstairs lounge called "Eve," she said.

Beso is not only opening up a second location in Las Vegas, but, she said, also giving birth to "besitos." They are "little besos" in airports," she explained, sharing that the first airport with a "besito" will be in Los Angeles.

The "Desperate Housewife" describes the restaurant as her "second home," which explains why she won't mind traveling to the Vegas location often. "I'm a big fan of the art of cuisine," she said. "I love to cook and I love to entertain."
