Evan Rachel Wood Denies Dating Mickey Rourke

Despite claims that she was caught making out with 52-year-old actor Mickey Rourke, 21-year-old actress Evan Rachel Wood insists that the two are not dating, reports Rolling Stone.

Wood, who recently split with boyfriend Marilyn Manson, co-starred with Rourke in the Daron Aronofsky film The Wrestler. The pair were rumored to have hooked up in November, causing Rourke to fiercely speak out against these allegations, yelling at the paparazzi, "Do I look like I'm dating Evan Rachel Wood? She's a good friend, that's it. Tell that f****t who wrote all that s**t in the paper I'd like to break his f**king legs."

Nothing more had been said about the rumored relationship until earlier this week, when reports began circulating that they were caught making out at a SAG awards after-party.

According to FOX News, Rourke and Wood attended the Grey Goose's Official SAG after-party at the Shrine, but left early to go to another party at the Four Seasons Hotel. It was there that FOX News reports Rourke grabbed Wood and kissed her.

Wood, who has always been polite and quiet about the subject, has finally opened up to Rolling Stone, and fiercely denied the claims.

"I'm upset because I feel disrespected by the press and by Mr. Rourke," she said. "Just because I'm single doesn't mean that you can take advantage of me. It's unfair that the performances might suffer because of all of these distractions."

Wood added that she was not in a relationship with Rourke, saying, "I'm not attracted to him, he's too old for me. Nothing ever happened and nothing ever will."

For the moment, this seems to be true. There is no photographic evidence of the couple, and Rourke has been spotted twice with a mysterious blonde: once in November before his outburst, and again before the SAG party.
