Ex-Jailer Involved in 'Girls Gone Wild' Bribery

'Girls Gone Wild' founder Joe Francis was given no prison time for a bribery scheme he was involved with while jailed in Nevada on tax charges. Francis's arrangement allowed him to eat sushi and watch DVDs while in jail.

The perpetrator, ex-law officer Mary Boxx, was sentenced to 100 hours community service, three years probation, and a $1,680 fine. She admitted to U.S. District Judge Larry Hicks that she accepted gratuity from Francis.

Boxx is remorseful for her crime, and apologized to the judge for the "nightmare" she created for her family during the past two years.

Hicks allowed Boxx to move to New York so she may help care for her five grandchildren due to her daughter's husband's deployment to Afghanistan.

He agreed to let her move to New York so she can help care for her five grandchildren, including one with autism, because her daughter's husband is about to be deployed to Afghanistan.
