Facebook Gaming News: November 10, 2011

After long contemplation and research, it has come to me that the more simple the game, the more successful it can be. On the other hand, the more detailed the game, the more chance of failure.

Tower Stack is a game where you continually stack blocks on top of each other. You are allowed to miss the stack three times before the game is over for you. The reason why this is a good game is it tests your hand eye coordination, not to mention the higher you go, the higher score you get. If anything at all, you can compete with friends, because their high scores are posted right there for you to see. The more basic the game, the easier it is to play.

The Sims overtook everyone's computer years ago, now it attempts to take over Facebook. Sims Social is just like the regular Sims PC game. You create a character, get neighbors, do activities and such. The problem is that this game is on Facebook. For any regular old PC or Laptop, the gameplay becomes so slow, just like any other complicated game like Farmville or Cityville. If the game didn't stall every 2 minutes and wasn't choppy then the game would succeed, but that is not the case.
