Mike Patton, former singer in Mr. Bungle, and main songwriting force behind the most popular era of '80s/'90s rock outfit Faith No More, has recently announced plans to reunite the seminal grunge-tastic band, Faith No More.
You’ll remember them when you hear them:
Word of the reunion first began to float about in 2009, when MTV reported the possibility of the band getting back together.
Now, years later, Patton is still hard at work on the revival. With tons more on his plate at the moment, between another band, scoring films, and voicing a character in the new video game, The Darkness II, Rolling Stone has reported the reunion is still very much alive, but the band is trying to make sure they do it “right.”
Patton has expressed worry about disappointing fans and himself by rushing into the reunion, but it is still very much a possibility.
