Fans Eagerly Await JK Rowling's Latest Book
Harry Potter fans flock to London in mass desperation to get their hands on the latest J.K. Rowling masterpiece, "The Tales of Beedle the Bard. This is allegedly the book gifted to Hermoine Granger by Hogwarts headmaster Albus Dumbledore in the final Harry Potter book. "The Tales of Beedle the Bard" is a 128-page book that contains the five stores which helped Harry destroy Voldemort. All stories, save one, have been kept secret till now. The only story, "The Tale of the Three Brothers" was seen previously in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, but the remaining four; The Fountain of Fair Fortune, The Warlock's Hairy Heart, The Wizard and the Hopping Pot, and Babbitty Rabbitty and her Cackling Stump, are as yet unfamiliar.
Net proceeds from the book's sales will go to The Children's High Level Group (CHLG), a charity co-founded by Rowling which campaigns for the rights of eastern European children. Rowling says "I hope that The Tales of Beedle the Bard will not only be a welcome Christmas present to Harry Potter fans, but an opportunity to give these abandoned children a voice." Amazon.com is releasing a collector's hardcover-edition with about half the proceeds going to the charity.
