Farrah Fawcett's Son in Rehab
Redmond O'Neal has had a lucky day. Not lucky if you count that he was in jail for possession of heroin, or that he missed his mother's final dying days, or even that he was allowed a few hours respite from prison to attend her funeral.
He is lucky that he received a suspended six-year term in jail as long as he attends a rehabilitation center for a year and is on probation for three years in spite of already being in front of the courts due to possessing methamphetamine and heroin.
He will soon be residing in the Impact Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center in Pasadena, California. This sentence was not a surprise to O'Neal as he had already participated in the Los Angeles County Drug Court.
If Redmond violates probation at all, he will be sentenced to up to six years in prison.
