Former NBA Star Sued by Vegas Casino

Charles Barkley is being sued by the Wynn Casino in Las Vegas for $400,000 in gambling debts.

Former NBA star Charles Barkley is being sued by The Wynn Las Vegas. The casino claims Barkley owes more than $400,000 in gambling debts, according to TMZ.com.

TMZ.com reports that, according to court documents, the casino fronted Barkley $100,000 markers two times, on both October 18 and 19, of which none have been paid back. District Attorney David Roger told the Las Vegas Sun, Thursday, that Barkley will be notified of the charges and given the opportunity to clear his debt with the casino. If Barkley fails to do so, he risks facing felony charges.

"We prosecute cases like this every day," Roger told the Las Vegas Sun. "Mr. Barkley will be treated the same as everybody else."

Barkley currently works as an NBA analyst for TNT.
