Foxy Brown Arrested for Another Altercation

Pseudo-diva and rapper caught violating her probation.

Just one month after appearing in court for battery charges, rapper Foxy Brown is in trouble again - this time for allegedly spitting and spraying glue at a shopkeeper in Florida. Brown received probation for the previous incident, in which she beat two Manhattan nail salon workers with her cell phone over a $20 charge. The terms of that deal (still currently in effect) were that Brown was not to leave New York without permission from her probation officer and that she must attend anger management class.

In the latest allegations, reports indicate that a police officer had to use a takedown maneuver to subdue Brown. The altercation allegedly started when Brown refused to exit the shopkeeper's restroom when the owner was trying to close up for the night. Foxy, whose real name is Inga Marchand, screamed, "I have to finish my hair," according to the owner. Things then escalated from there, leading to a 911 call and arrest.

Brown probably will face a stiff penalty in NY for violation of her probation terms, much worse than any sentencing she could receive in Florida.
