Jared and Peter ask why. Lang tells them it’s because he found out he has two months to live. “I have the prostate of a 19 year old, but the pancreas of a zombie," he says. He then tells Jared and Peter that he wants to “aggressively liquidate” his assets, which he believes will help the people he hurt.

When he won't answer, Jared tells him about his and Peter’s landlady taking their television when they were seven months behind on paying their rent.
