When Oscar-winner Halle Berry and her daughter Nahla’s father, Gabriel Aubry, first broke up, it seemed as if it was one of the most amicable splits in Hollwood.
That soon took a downward spiral, as their custody arrangements were battled out in a nasty court room drama. Now Aubry is under investigation for child endangerment and battery.
According to TMZ, Aubry allegedly screamed at and pushed Nahla’s nanny with the 3-year-old in his arms.
As a result, the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services is investigating child endangerment. After the nanny quit, Aubry’s rep said "Anyone can file a police report at any time, regardless of it being accurate."
The New York Daily News reports that Aubry was supposed to drop Nahla off at school the morning of the alleged battery, but he never did. When the nanny, Alliance Kamdem, went to pick up Nahla from school, she wasn’t there so she went to Aubry’s home to see what was going on.
When she arrived, Aubry allegedly yelled a racial slur at her in addition to yelling “You're the f--king nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody," adding, "You don't need to f--king know anything."
Now, Berry is going to court to ask the judge to ensure that Aubry has no contact with Nahla until the investigation is completed.
