Gambler Dies from Stabbing

A fight at an Atlantic City casino ends in the death of a man.

A gambler died at the Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort, reports NYDailyNews.com.

A fight broke out at a poker table in the Atlantic City casino and the row continued in the valet area of the parking garage; it all ended in a brutal stabbing incident which left one man dead.

The Press of Atlantic City states that Vicente Perez, 57, was arrested following the violent quarrel on Saturday afternoon. An Atlantic County prosecutor's spokeswoman claimed that Perez was expected to face charges of exasperated manslaughter and weapons charges.

The victim was stabbed repeatedly and transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center.

A frequent visitor of the casino, Gail Dukes, told the local Fox news channel that the whole incident has left her on edge: "That means there is no safe place to go...That means people just carry weapons anywhere."
