Game Show Network Nixes Octo-Mom Show

The Game Show Network passes on Octo-Mom return to the spotlight

Despite recent rumblings that Nadya Suleman was developing her own reality show, it is now clear that the show is not happening. Suleman, better known as the Octo-mom, is most famous for creating a media frenzy surrounding the birth of her octuplets in January 2009.

Rumors flew that the Game Show Network was developing a show that would follow fellow Octo-parent Jon Gosselin (of TLC's Jon and Kate Plus 8) as he considered dating Suleman. Other reports simply revealed that Suleman might be in talks to become a "panelist" for a new Game Show Network project.

RadarOnline.com is now reporting that the Octo-mom show is a no-go. A GSN spokesman did admit that the network met with the mother of 14, but did not conduct a screen test or offer Suleman a job. The meetings were not completely pointless, however, as the spokesman said that Suleman gave him "some really good child care tips."

Although Suleman must forgo a regular TV gig she is booked to appear on The View on February 24.
