Gary Dourdan from "CSI" Arrested for Drugs

According to Access Hollywood, CSI actor Gary Dourdan was arrested for drug possession in Palm Springs, Monday.

Early Monday morning, police found a car parked on the wrong side of the road with the driver sleeping inside. The police officer identified Dourdan, whose real name is Robert Gary Durdin, and found that he was disoriented and possibly under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Upon searching the vehicle, the cop found cocaine, heroin, Ecstasy, miscellaneous prescription drugs, along with paraphernalia.

The 41-year-old actor was arrested and taken to the Palm Springs Jail, with charges of possession of narcotics and possession of dangerous drugs. Dourdan posted $5,000 bail and was released around 10:30 a.m. on Monday.

The actor has no plans to return to CSI in the fall, as his contract expires in May.
