George Clooney Is Taking On the Italian Paparazzi

George Clooney is suing an Italian photographer and two tabloids for publishing topless pictures of an underage girl staying at his Lake Como villa.

George Clooney has no love for the Italian paparazzi.

An Italian photographer snuck over Clooney's wall and took topless photos of a 13-year-old guest at his Lake Como villa. Clooney found out about these pictures when they were published in two Italian tabloids.

The actor is planning on suing the photographer and both magazines.

In a statement to TMZ, the actor said, "I don't know about the law in the United States but in Italy it's illegal for photographers to climb over my wall and to take long lens pictures of a 13-year-old girl in her bedroom. I draw the line of privacy at that."

In addition to the photos of the young girl, the photographer took photos of Clooney and current girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis relaxing around the villa.

According to London's the Independent, Lake Como's mayor is setting a fine of $30 per person for each group of four or more loitering outside Clooney's home.
