George Clooney Will Not Be Charged

George Clooney will not be held responsible for the accident that he was involved in over the weekend.

TMZ posted a statement that was issued to them by the Weehawken police department in relation to the motorcycle accident that George Clooney was involved in on Friday. The situation left it unknown if Clooney would face dangerous driving charges. The "ER" star allegedly tried to pass the car on the right while the car was making a right turn. Since passing on the right is illegal in New Jersey Clooney could have been held responsible. "Due to conflicting statements of driver and the lack of evidence to support either driver's version, no moving violation summonses have been issued to either party at this time. The incident remains under investigation." Clooney was treated for a broken rib and road rash and his girlfriend Sarah Larson suffered a broken foot. However a little road rash can't keep George down, he made it to the premiere of his new movie "Michael Clayton." What a sport.
