David Fincher’s remake of The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo has already looked dark, intense, and—with Led Zeppelin’s “Immigrant Song” throbbing in the foreground of a previous trailer—packed with action and drama. The extended trailer only adds to the intrigue.

The new trailer features nearly four minutes of dialogue that sketches the outline of the best-selling thriller’s situation. Daniel Craig, Rooney Mara, Christopher Plummer, and Erika Berger speak in accented, well-enunciated tones dripping with drama. E! Online notes that the trailer is a condensed composition of eight minutes of footage released to the press already. The selected scenes nicely set up the plot, pleasing people who already know the story and intriguing people who only know vague details.

While The Guardian points out that there is an odd mix of British and Swedish accents, it is highly likely that American audiences will not hear the differences and instead focus on the story—and Daniel Craig’s iconic, brooding face.
