Girl Next Door Bridget Talks About Leaving Mansion
Now that she's out of the Playboy Mansion, Bridget Marquardt can go looking for love. And her ex, Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, isn't the least bit jealous.
"He's so excited for me and happy for me," she said to People. "Hef says if I want to come back to the mansion and bring a date, that's no problem."
One of the stars of E!'s The Girls Next Door, Marquardt, 35, left the mansion last week after living there for seven years. Her costars, Holly Madison and Kendra Wilkinson, have already moved out and moved on to other men. Madison is dating illusionist Criss Angel, while Wilkinson is engaged to Philadelphia Eagles player Hank Baskett.
"I packed the final stuff from my room," Marquardt said, "I was standing in my room and it was totally empty. I was just thinking, 'I can't believe this.'"
However, as sad as she is, Hefner told her she is more than welcome to come back and she says he's been really good to her all this time.
"He's just being really sweet about it," Marquardt said, "We have gotten closer than ever. I will love him forever, there's no question."
Marquardt will now be the host of her own show, Bridget's Sexiest Beaches. It will debut on the Travel Channel on March 12 at 10 p.m.
