Twitter might just be the fastest growing social network out today, especially with celebs. It is easy for people to just tweet the first thing that comes to mind, without really knowing the consequences. Bryce Vine, the first contestant booted from the Glee Project, tweeted Tuesday about what really goes on behind the cameras.
“Just so everyone knows,” Vine tweeted, “I did not choose my character of ‘the heart breaker’ on @TheGleeProject. It was chosen for me.”
The contestants sat down the first week of the competition and were told to pick a character they would play on Glee. They were then asked to act their character out during a music video for Katy Perry’s “Firework.” Choreographer and mentor Zach Woodlee complained about Vine’s attitude during the video shoot when Vine suggested a different direction for his character.
Vine also tweeted to followers, saying, “it was tough 2 c it again.specially cuz its edited 2 look lk [like] I was a lot more forceful w/ Zack than I was.”
In April, former Glee extra Nicole Crowther leaked secrets on her Twitter about the show’s prom episode. When Executive Producer Brad Falchuk got word of the tweet leak, he tweeted Crowther, “hope you’re qualified to do something besides work in entertainment,” followed by, “Who are you to spoil something talented people have spent months to create?”
Do you think Bryce will get reprimanded for his tweet-burst?
