Don't tell Lea Michele to change her body image, because she's not going to listen.

Us Weekly reported in an interview with Allure magazine, the Glee star addresses rumors that she is too skinny and not eating enough.

"I'm half-Italian," she said. "I can eat some bitches under the table!"

The vegan added she gets frustrated when people judge her for her animal-free diet.

"People get confused. [They assume] I just eat grass."

And when asked about her extreme weight loss in the summer of 2010, Lea explains she had just undergone jaw surgery.

According to the New York Daily News, the 25-year-old also spoke about how she refuses to get a nose job (for like the millionth time).

“When I was 15, my mother and I went to meet a manager who said, ‘You have to get a nose job in order for me to work with you."

However, her mother put her foot down and said because Barbra Streisand never went under the knife, she wouldn't let her daughter either.

In the interview, Michele also talks about working with fellow actress Gwyneth Paltrow, who is known to be difficult to work with.

"I don’t know what people are smoking, because this woman is one of the most talented, beautiful, smart but laid-back, cool people I’ve worked with. That’s what I hate about this business. Before I met her, I was intimidated because of her image. But she’s the greatest.”

Allure's December issue hits stands November 22.
